Pizza Oven

After attending a masonry heater conference in 2012 (MHA Wildacres), I decided to first tackle a 42" Pompeii domed pizza oven using plans from Forno Bravo. This allowed me to gain some experience using refractory mortar, castable refractory and firebrick before tackling a Finnish Contraflow masonry heater.
